Plane Wars Privacy Policy
The short version: Plane Wars has no accounts and we don't collect your name, email or location. Your progress is saved on your own device. The only third party that collects data is Google's ad service, and buying Remove Ads switches it off.
Who we are
Plane Wars is a mobile game published by Ankoay Pty Ltd, trading as NoobTube Games, of Sydney, Australia ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to noobtubegamesco@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress locally: unlocked levels, coins, lives, achievements, daily-challenge streak, chosen theme, and whether you have purchased Remove Ads. This information stays on your device. We never receive it, and uninstalling the game deletes it.
Online multiplayer
Online 1v1 matches connect your device to our relay server to find an opponent and pass gameplay messages (for example, plane positions and scores) between the two players during a match. The server keeps this only in memory for the length of the match. It does not require an account, and we do not save match data or keep a record of players. Like any internet service, the server's hosting provider (Fly.io) necessarily handles your device's IP address to deliver the connection.
Advertising
Plane Wars shows ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and use your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
- If you buy Remove Ads, the ad service is not started and no advertising data is collected through the game.
- On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iPhone and iPad, use Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.
Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment details. We learn only whether the Remove Ads purchase belongs to your store account, so we can restore it on a new device.
Children
Plane Wars is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Because we don't keep personal information about you, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Depending on where you live (for example under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the EU or UK GDPR, or California law) you may have rights over data held by our advertising partner; you can exercise those through Google's privacy controls linked above, or contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will also be noted in the game's store listing.
